Wedding Videos

I just capture the authentic unfolding of your day, and make it into a great, heartfelt story.
All the feels, none of the cheesiness.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: I am fully booked for 2022-23 and no longer taking new enquiries.

Charlotte + Regan's Story

Ceremony:  All Hallows Chapel, Brisbane

Reception:  GOMA, South Brisbane

All the style, all the heartfelt emotions, all the fun. I’ve been lucky enough to film weddings for several members of Charlotte’s extended family. So I’ve come to know the fun, crazy aunties, the close-knit siblings, and the brilliant dance floor antics of this crowd. Regan’s family were equally brilliant at bringing the fun, including a long-held tradition of dancing to Shackles (Praise You) in flash mob style.

CAMILLA + MICHAEL’s Story

Ceremony:  Family property in Morven, Western Queensland

Reception:  Family property

When you make your childhood dream come true by being married on a property that’s been in your family for 100 years, well that’s just pure magic.  But this wedding was a celebration of two families’ heritage. A proud Welshman brought several touches from his homeland to this epic outback celebration.

KATE + TIM’s Story

Ceremony:  Laguna Grove, Noosa Heads, Sunshine Coast

Reception:  Ricky’s, Noosa

After a global pandemic and an East Coast natural disaster, who would believe the most beautiful, sunny Noosa day would embrace Kate + Tim and their loved ones for this most joyful wedding day! From the picturesque ceremony on Noosa’s foreshore to the magical sunset over the Noosa River, 23/3/22 was perfect from start to finish.

Jess + Adam's Story

Ceremony:  Private Property, Knockrow, Northern NSW

Reception:  Private Property, Knockrow

One of my favourite movies of all time is Steve Martin in Father of the Bride. So Jess’ Dad stole my heart a little bit with his speech at this beautiful wedding. And despite pouring rain and so much mud, the event was truly stunning thanks to styling by Main Event Weddings. We were gifted a double rainbow and an incredible sunset like nothing I’ve ever seen.

Kate + Sam's Story

Ceremony:  White Chapel, Kalbar

Reception:  Black Hall, Kalbar

All the heart, all the comedic timing and all the emotion you could want in a wedding day. Kate + Sam met through their local theatre. Perhaps all the years of studying clever scripts was the perfect preparation for creating vows like none I’ve ever heard. I’ve never captured a ceremony with so much laughter, ever.

Bridget + Knox's Story

Ceremony:  Yandina Station, Sunshine Coast

Reception:  Yandina Station

Bridget + Knox’s divine Sunshine Coast wedding was featured in Queensland Brides magazine. It’s not hard to see why: every detail was utterly perfect. With pouring rain, the wedding ceremony was set up inside the Dairy Barn at Yandina Station. The event felt intimate, romantic and dreamy. Then Bridget’s dress (by Darb Bridal) transformed for the evening, when dance floor battles ensued.

Brooke + Robert’s Story

Ceremony:  High Church, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane

Reception:  Smoked Garage, Fortitude Valley

When your wedding day is postponed because of COVID for a whole year, and even then key family members can’t get there from overseas, there are a whole lot of stories that need to be told. After a big wait, Brooke + Rob had the party of a lifetime. The cheering at this wedding was insane – these two are rock stars amongst their family + friends. So it’s only fitting that their wedding video got the rock star treatment too.

CARLEN + BLAKE’s Story

Ceremony:  Maleny Orchard, Sunshine Coast

Reception:  Maleny Orchard, Sunshine Coast

The views from Maleny Orchard (formerly Maleny Retreat) are unparalleled. But the cheekiness of this groom and the warmth and open-heartedness of this bride steal the show.

Thank you to Luke Middlemiss photography for the drone footage that features in this film.

BRIELLE + MARK’s Story

Ceremony:  Old Gates, Gabbinbar Homestead, Toowoomba

Reception:  Conservatory, Gabbinbar Homestead

Crazy good styling, perfect dress, divine venue… and speeches that left the crowd in tears – both the emotional and the hilarious kind. Beautiful Brielle was given away by her grandfather – a gesture that was so movingly honored by Mark in his speech.

Kathleen + Lachy's Story

Ceremony:  Cowbell Creek, Austinville, Gold Coast Hinterland

Reception:  Cowbell Creek

Set against the backdrop of rolling green hills and wandering livestock at Cowbell Creek, this hinterland wedding was the most glorious of days.

Megan + Sonny’s Story

Ceremony:  Corpus Christi, Nundah, Brisbane

Reception:  QUT Room Three Sixty, Brisbane CBD

From their Vietnamese tea ceremony through to their church ceremony and reception, Sonny and Megan’s wedding celebrations honoured family, cultural traditions and absent loved ones. During their reception I heard over and over again people remarking, “There is so much love in the room.” And it really was palpable. And P.S. Megan can really rock the dance floor.

Maleea + Scott’s Story

Ceremony:  Sheraton Mirage, Gold Coast

Reception:  Sheraton Grand Mirage

That dress. That dance floor. That last-minute helicopter when traffic came to a standstill from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. This wedding had all the bells and whistles. And yet the thing that I will remember most was the kindness of Scott and Maleea, and the fun and warmth of their family and friends.

Emily + Andrew's Story

Ceremony:  Stuartholme Chapel, Mt Coot-tha

Reception:  Victoria Park Golf Complex, Herston

When you surround yourself with a close knit group of fun friends on your wedding day, you can be sure you’ll be laughing all day. Even in church, when you’re not supposed to be.
