I am thrilled to introduce you to Kaitlin Rees, the in-house photographer for Your Wedding Story. Kaitlin’s work has been featured in Marie Claire, Martha Stewart Weddings, Party with Lenzo and Qantas Magazine. She has a decade of experience and she’s a gem of a person with whom I love working.
You are most welcome to book your own photographer. However if you like Kaitlin’s style, we offer competitive packages and you won’t have to double up with vendor questionnaires and meetings. And you’ll feel reassured by the well oiled machine Kaitlin and I have become after shooting many weddings together.

Photography Packages
Pricing below is for 2022-23 weddings in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. See notes below the table for Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast weddings.
- 4 hours typically covers the ceremony, photo shoot and the start of the reception. Eg. 2:30pm – 6:30pm for a 3:00pm ceremony.
- 250+ edited images.
- Online gallery.
- Images also provided on USB.
- Non-refundable deposit of $300 secures your date.
- 8 hours typically covers bride + groom preparation, ceremony, photo shoot and the reception up until speeches. Eg. 11:00am – 7:00pm or 12:00pm – 8:00pm.
- 400+ edited images.
- Online gallery.
- Images also provided on USB.
- Non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your date.
- 10 hours typically covers bride and groom preparation all the way through to when dancing is underway. Eg. 11:00am – 9:00pm, or 10:30am – 8:30pm.
- 500+ edited images.
- Online gallery.
- Images also provided on USB.
- Non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your date.
* Pricing above is for Brisbane and Gold Coast weddings.
* Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba weddings incur a $200 additional charge for photography, and the 4-hour package is not available for these locations.
* Michaela can provide video stills (JPGs) from any stages of the day Kaitlin does not attend. Eg. The groom preparation photos in the galleries on this page were made from Michaela’s video footage.
